Plus, I'm bringing to market 4 listings: a newly mint renovated, convertible 3B with private roof deck at 130 Jane; 45 West 11th, a 1BR on a most pretty block; and 70 East 10th, a very large 1BR in full-service building; plus a large studio rental at Sheridan Square. In the meantime, my best wishes for a wonderful June!
